Welcome to the first official blog post of Windspire Energy!

Today we launched a new website www.WindspireEnergy.com and changed our corporate name from Mariah Power to Windspire Energy. Some of you are probably wondering why we would change our name.

As awareness for the Windspire has grown over the past two years we noticed confusion in the marketplace between our former corporate brand-  Mariah Power- and the Windspire brand.  People would refer to the Windspire as the Mariah or the Mariah Windspire.  It became increasingly confusing to our customers.  So we decided to simplify everything by choosing one brand for both our company and our product.  The Windspire is an innovative and inspiring wind turbine.  Attributes we are happy to promote for our corporate brand as well.

The new site features case studies, photos and videos of some of the hundreds of the Windspire wind turbine installations from around the world. We organized the site by the types of industries currently using Windspires to generate clean energy: residential, green business, schools, universities, museums, parks, wineries, and eco-resorts.  As we install more Windspires we will post new photos and videos.
